  • Day : 01 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

    Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Tethys Himalayas will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. You can explore the vibrant streets of Thamel and prepare for the adventure ahead.

  • Day : 02 Trip Preparation & Sightseeing in Kathmandu

    Spend the day exploring UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa. Later, attend a briefing session with your guide from Tethys Himalayas and check your climbing gear.

  • Day : 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Chame (2,670m) – 8-9 hours

    An early morning scenic drive along the Marsyangdi River takes you to Chame, the headquarters of Manang District. Enjoy stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal en route.

  • Day : 04 Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,200m) – 5-6 hours

    Start trekking through dense pine forests and follow the Marsyangdi River to Pisang. As you ascend, the air gets crisper, and the views of the Annapurna range become more mesmerizing.

  • Day : 05 Trek from Pisang to Ngawal (3,600m) – 5-6 hours

    Hike towards Ngawal, passing through beautiful landscapes and Tibetan-style villages. The altitude starts to increase, so it’s important to pace yourself and acclimatize properly.

  • Day : 06 Trek from Ngawal to Chulu East Base Camp (4,900m) – 5-6 hours

    Trek along rugged trails with panoramic views of Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. Upon reaching the base camp, your team from Tethys Himalayas will set up tents and prepare for the climb.

  • Day : 07 Acclimatization & Climbing Preparation at Base Camp

    Spend the day resting and acclimatizing. Your climbing guide from Tethys Himalayas will provide technical training on using ice axes, crampons, and ropes to ensure a safe ascent.

  • Day : 08 Trek from Base Camp to High Camp (5,300m) – 4-5 hours

    A challenging yet rewarding trek leads to High Camp. As you gain elevation, the landscape turns into a snowy wonderland with breathtaking views. Prepare for the summit push the next day.

  • Day : 09 Summit Chulu East Peak (6,429m) & Return to Base Camp – 10-12 hours

    A pre-dawn start ensures the best weather conditions for summiting Chulu East. With the guidance of Tethys Himalayas, you’ll ascend through steep icy slopes and reach the summit, where you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu. Descend back to Base Camp for a well-earned rest.

  • Day : 10 Trek from Base Camp to Manang (3,540m) – 6-7 hours

    After an exhilarating climb, descend to Manang, a picturesque village known for its stunning landscapes and rich Tibetan culture.

  • Day : 11 Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4,050m) – 4-5 hours

    Trek towards Yak Kharka, passing through alpine meadows and yak pastures with stunning mountain backdrops.

  • Day : 12 Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,450m) – 4-5 hours

    Gradually ascend towards Thorong Phedi, the base of the famous Thorong La Pass. Rest early to prepare for the next day’s long trek.

  • Day : 13 Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m) & Trek to Muktinath (3,800m) – 8-9 hours

    Start early to cross the legendary Thorong La Pass, one of the highest trekking passes in the world. Descend to Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists.

  • Day : 14 Drive from Muktinath to Jomsom (2,720m) – 2 hours

    A short drive through the scenic Kali Gandaki Valley brings you to Jomsom, a charming town famous for its apple orchards and strong mountain winds.

  • Day : 15 Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara (827m) – 20 minutes

    Take a scenic flight to Pokhara, where you can relax by Phewa Lake and celebrate your successful climb with Tethys Himalayas.

  • Day : 16 Drive or Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu

    Return to Kathmandu either by a short flight or a scenic drive along winding mountain roads. Enjoy a farewell dinner with the Tethys Himalayas team.

  • Day : 17 Departure from Kathmandu
