Day : 01 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Tethys Himalayas will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Spend the day preparing for the expedition, checking equipment, and exploring the vibrant streets of Thamel.

Day : 02 Expedition Briefing & Preparation
Attend a detailed expedition briefing led by Tethys Himalayas experts. This includes logistics, safety measures, and last-minute gear shopping. The day concludes with a welcome dinner hosted by the team.

Day : 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (760m) and Koto (2,600m)
A scenic drive through lush valleys and traditional villages takes us to Besisahar, followed by a rugged off-road journey to Koto, the gateway to Nar-Phu Valley. Overnight stay in a local teahouse.

Day : 04 Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560m)
The trek officially begins as we follow the narrow trails along the Nar-Phu Valley, crossing suspension bridges and passing through pine forests before reaching Meta, a Tibetan-influenced settlement.

Day : 05 Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon (4,250m)
Today’s journey takes us deeper into the hidden valley of Phu, where we encounter ancient monasteries, chortens, and stunning views of the Annapurna and Manaslu ranges.

Day : 06 Acclimatization Day in Phu Gaon
A crucial rest day for acclimatization, allowing our bodies to adjust to the high altitude. We explore the traditional village, interact with the locals, and visit the ancient Tashi Lhakhang Monastery.

Day : 07 Trek from Phu Gaon to Himlung Base Camp (4,850m)
Ascending gradually, we reach Himlung Himal Base Camp, where the real adventure begins. Tethys Himalayas ensures a well-equipped campsite with experienced support staff and guides.

Day : 08-20 Climbing Period for Himlung Himal (7,126m)

After a successful summit, we retrace our steps to Phu Gaon, celebrating our achievement and enjoying a well-earned rest.

Day : 23 Trek from Meta to Koto and Drive to Besisahar
We complete the trekking section and drive back to Besisahar, transitioning from remote wilderness to civilization.

A scenic drive back to Kathmandu, where we enjoy a farewell dinner hosted by Tethys Himalayas, sharing memories and experiences from the expedition.
